staff of F.lli Amos & C. SpA, that
is the “owner of the data treatment”. F.lli Amos &
C. SpA has always considered its customers as
essential partners for its development and growth,
and therefore protects personal data in accordance
with the Privacy Code (Government Decree nr. 196 of
30th June).
According to art. 13 Government Decree
196/2003 we inform that:
1) Accessing and browsing
the website automatically registers the following
information: - internet domain and IP protocol -
browser type and operating system used - date, time
and duration of the browsing - site pages viewed -
search engine used to enter the website. This data
can’t identify you.
2) The information automatically
collected can be used by F.lli Amos & C. SpA: - in
case of violation of the law - for statistical
purposes - to improve navigation and the contence of
the website.
3) The personal or business data that
user enters in the form on www.amos.it
, authorizing
treatment under law 196/2003, are protected by F.lli
Amos & C. SpA and used to answer questions of the
users, to provide information requested or to
contact the user about services provided or for
promotions and offers.
4) F.lli Amos & C. SpA
guarantees therefore internal security, discretion
and control of the data collected at any stage of
the process of treatment of this data. Here under
the mode and aim of the treatment of the data given
by the user is reported according to Government
Decree art. 13 of 30th June 2003.
5) The treatment
we intend to perform has the following purposes: a)
administrative and accounting purpose required by
law, since closely related to signing of the
contract; b) economical and statistics analysis; c)
the dispatch of commercial and promotional material
by F.lli Amos & C. SpA; d) interactive commercial
communications. This treatment, strictly connected
to the aims and anyway to guarantee the safety and
discretion of the data itself according to art. 11
paragrafh 1 of Government Decree nr.196 of 30th June
2003, will be managed by manual informatic and
telematic instruments. More in detail the data give
by users will never be transferred to private or
other companies, except those related to F.lli Amos
& C. SpA on the hole national territory as well as
companies of professionals, necessary for the
performance of our activities and the respect of the
laws and fiscal obligations. You may at any time
exercise your rights according to Government Decree
art. 7 nr. 196 of 30th June 2003.
6) Please note
that in case of refusal to provide the data required
for the purposes under a) we will not be in the
position to further supply any service, otherwise in
relation to b), c) and d) the contribution data is
optional and the refusal of consent has no effect.
7) For any possible dispute on the access or use of
this website, or in relation to the download or use
of the material submitted, or any other means,
between user and owner of the website or others who
have cooperated, are cooperating and will cooperate
in making or managing the website, the user accepts
the Italian jurisdiction and, in any case, the
application of Italian law regardless of his
residence and seat. The Milan court has
jurisdiction.
